Explicit Consent Form

I declare that I have read and understood the KVKK Disclosure Notice and that I give my free and explicit consent under Law No. 6698 to the processing of my personal data by Kodpit Teknoloji A.Ş. for the matters set out below.

1. International Transfer

I consent to the transfer of my personal data (identity, contact, usage, education and transaction data) to providers located outside Türkiye that deliver payment infrastructure, e-mail delivery, content delivery and security, cloud hosting, AI models, mobile subscription management and app store services, as required to provide the Service.

2. Commercial Electronic Messages (Marketing) — Optional

I consent to being informed about Qedu AI's new features, campaigns, educational content and events by e-mail, SMS and in-app notification, and to the processing of my contact details for this purpose. I understand that I can withdraw this consent at any time from the panel settings or via the "unsubscribe" link in e-mails.

3. Processing of Voice Recordings — Optional

When I use the voice coaching feature, I consent to my voice recordings being processed to generate responses and personalise my learning experience. If I choose not to use this feature, no voice recording is made.

4. Sharing Progress Data with Parents and Teachers

I consent to my usage and progress summaries being shared with the teacher whose class I join and the parent who manages my account. Sharing ends when I leave the class.

5. Users under 18

For a user under 18, this consent is given by the parent or legal guardian. As parent/guardian, I consent to the creation of my child's Qedu AI account and the processing of their data under this form.

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time by e-mailing [email protected] or through the settings in the web panel. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.
