Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER The user identified by the name, e-mail and billing details provided when registering for the Service and at checkout.
AUTHORISED RESELLER (Merchant of Record) For purchases made on the web, payment is collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) as authorised reseller, and the invoice is issued by Paddle. This agreement is drawn up to inform the BUYER in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision of the Qedu AI Premium digital subscription service ordered electronically by the BUYER on qedu.ai, the characteristics and price of which are set out below.

- Prices exclude VAT; the tax calculated for the BUYER's country and the local-currency equivalent are shown on the payment page.
- Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled during the trial, the selected plan fee is charged at the end of the trial.
- The Service is delivered digitally immediately after payment confirmation; there is no physical delivery.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Paddle's secure checkout. Card details are never seen or stored by the SELLER. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period using the same payment method.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in the electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. By approving this agreement the BUYER acknowledges having requested immediate performance of the service after the trial period and therefore that no right of withdrawal exists.
Nevertheless, in favour of the BUYER, the SELLER provides a full refund for requests sent to [email protected] within 14 days of the first paid charge. Details are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation
The BUYER may cancel the subscription at any time from the Subscription page of the web panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then and no further charge is made.
7. Obligations of the SELLER
- To provide the Service in accordance with the characteristics stated in this agreement,
- To make reasonable efforts to keep the Service accessible without interruption, except for scheduled maintenance,
- To protect the BUYER's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and KVKK.
8. Obligations of the BUYER
- To provide accurate and up-to-date information when ordering,
- To use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service,
- Not to share the account with third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those limits.
10. Entry into Force
The BUYER declares having read, understood and accepted this agreement and all pre-contractual information electronically at checkout. The agreement enters into force upon confirmation of payment; a copy is sent to the BUYER's e-mail address.
